Shore Livin' comfortably sleeps 10-12 guests! The spacious layout includes:  First floor Master bedroom #1 suite features a King Bed suite with private full bath in room,  Bedroom # 2 features 2 queen beds; and Bedroom # 3 features two twin over full bunks.  Bedrooms 2 & 3 share the 2nd floor bathroom and there is an additional half bath on the main floor.   There is a queen sleeper sofa in the family room as well.  All bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TV's, cable, and are ready to stream your favorite shows or movies.  There are wrap around porches on both levels with 5 walk out french doors from all bedrooms equipped with relaxing chairs and a dining table and chairs set.  It's the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the dramatic fiery sunsets.

You will feel right at home in the spacious living room designed with a modern coastal feel and adjoining dining room/kitchen with seating for 14.  The first floor outdoor patio area includes a gas grill, and outdoor dining/seating for 8.  The second floor porch has seating for 8 as well.  There is a large first floor laundry room equipped with washer & dryer for guest use.

Shore Livin' Beach House has many amenities for guests of the Emerald Shores community including 2 pools (heated seasonally), tennis court, basketball court, shuffle board, seasonal golf cart tram service , bike rental onsite, private beach,  beach pavilion with private bathrooms, and a private beach cabana bar with snacks & drinks for guests to purchase.

* We provide bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. Beach Towels are not provided, guests will need to provide their own during stay.

*NO rental services are included with this home, including but not limited to: Golf Cart, Beach Chair and Umbrella Service, Bike Rental, Water Toys, or Tours. These items require a rental/service fee and or are obtained through a third party vendor. Wristbands are required for Private beach, Pavilion, ES community areas. There is a $30 per house fee for Emerald Shores wristbands, payable in person only to pavilion staff.
